Refund policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Customers may return cowboy hats within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the hats are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized cowboy hats are non-returnable unless defective.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service via email or through the website's contact form to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs even if  the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).  This is because of the low prices we offer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75.
  5. Refund Processing Time:

    • Once we receive the returned cowboy hat, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  6. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original hat for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
  7. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If a cowboy hat arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Also there must be a picture of the item coming out of the box damaged.
  8. Sale and Clearance Items:

    • Items purchased on sale or during clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
